We are one of the busiest and most established naturopathic and integrative medical practices in Southern Arizona, and we are looking for another exceptional naturopathic physician to join our growing team.
Our greatest current needs are in:
• Women’s health
• Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
• Peptide therapy
• IV and injection therapies
• General naturopathic, integrative, and functional medicine
Experience in these areas is highly desirable, although we are also interested in physicians who bring another strong specialty or area of expertise that complements our existing practice.

They are interested in continuing to learn, developing areas of expertise, building strong relationships with their patients, and growing a successful long-term practice.
We particularly value physicians who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to participate in building their own visibility and reputation in the community. NatureMedica provides substantial support, referrals, and an existing flow of patients, but we also encourage each physician to develop and promote the areas of medicine they are passionate about.
Qualifications
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited naturopathic medical school and hold, or be eligible to obtain, an Arizona naturopathic medical license in good standing.
This opportunity can be an excellent fit for an experienced physician looking for a new professional home, a doctor relocating to the Tucson area, or an exceptional recent graduate who wants to begin their career within a thriving established practice rather than spending years building one alone.
Existing experience or advanced training in women’s health, bioidentical hormones, peptides, IV therapy, or another specialty area is a significant plus.
Compensation, Flexibility & Benefits
Our physicians are employees of NatureMedica while enjoying a level of autonomy more commonly associated with independent practice.
Physicians have substantial flexibility in establishing their schedules and are compensated through a generous percentage-based model for both patient care and supplement sales. This is not a traditional salaried position, and there is significant opportunity for income growth as your practice develops.

About Our Clinic
NatureMedica has built a reputation over more than 25 years for exceptional patient care and for practicing at the forefront of naturopathic, integrative, and functional medicine.
Our beautiful Northwest Tucson clinic draws patients from throughout the Tucson metropolitan area, including Oro Valley, Catalina Foothills, Central Tucson and the University area, as well as patients from communities throughout Arizona.
Our physicians are supported by an extensive clinical infrastructure that would be difficult and expensive for an individual practitioner to recreate independently.
Our clinic includes:
• Six naturopathic physicians
• A six-chair IV therapy suite
• A full range of injection therapies
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• A fully staffed laboratory
• An extensive in-office professional supplement dispensary
• Experienced administrative, clinical, and management teams
Most importantly, our doctors are able to concentrate on their patients because an outstanding support team helps keep the practice running smoothly.

Our physicians are busy, and we frequently have more patient demand than our existing doctors can accommodate.
We are looking for another physician who can develop their own thriving patient base while also helping us care for new patients and existing patient overflow.
