Biltmore Full-Time Physician Position

Hiring full-time ND/NMD at our Phoenix office. New graduates are welcome to apply.

This is a fast-paced position for organized providers who want to gain patient care experience. We DO NOT dispense controlled substances. We follow injury treatment guidelines strictly to evaluate and treat patients. Training is provided by the company during the 60-day probation period.

Office Type:

• Primary care setting, injury treatment focused
• Front desk staff and MA provided.
• Patient load: 15-18 patients per provider daily

Requirements:

• Valid AZ ND/NMD license
• Certificate to dispense
• Malpractice insurance (providers have a 60-day grace period to obtain insurance after hiring).
• Valid DEA license (providers have a 60-day grace period to obtain insurance after hiring).

Preferred (not required):

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Skills: trigger point injection, perineural injection, acupuncture/dry needling, joint injection (prolotherapy, PRP, cortisone injection) - company-paid training available.

Starting compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience and skill (after 60-day probation period)

Yearly raise: 5-10% based on attendance and performance
