JOB TYPE: On-site in Prescott, AZ. Part-time to start, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week, with a path to full-time
WORKSITE: On-site (not remote). Relocation to the Prescott area is required

Aphrodite Aesthetics & Wellness, voted the Prescott area's #1 medical spa three years running, is seeking an experienced Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD) to serve as Medical Director. This is a clinical leadership role at a growing, physician-led integrative practice built around hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and advanced medical aesthetics. We want a provider who practices to the full scope of Arizona naturopathic medicine and wants to help shape the clinical direction of an expanding brand.
WHAT MATTERS MOST TO US
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for women and men, including menopause and perimenopause management and male hormone optimization / TRT
- Peptide therapy: protocol design, patient selection, and safe administration across wellness, recovery, and aesthetic applications
- Comfort practicing to full Arizona NMD scope, including an active Certificate to Dispense so patients can be evaluated and supplied in-house for a smoother workflow
AS MEDICAL DIRECTOR, YOU WILL
- Provide clinical leadership: protocol development, chart oversight, and clinical quality standards
- Evaluate patients and build individualized hormone, peptide, and wellness treatment plans
- Manage a hormone and peptide patient base focused on measurable results and education
- Collaborate with the lead injector and aesthetic team to deliver a seamless, high-touch patient experience
- Help develop and launch an expanding men's hormone optimization and performance program
- Maintain accurate documentation and the highest ethical and clinical standards
WHAT YOU BRING
- Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD / ND) from an accredited institution
- Current Arizona Naturopathic Medical License in good standing
- Active or eligible Arizona Certificate to Dispense (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated BHRT and peptide therapy experience
- Two-plus years of clinical experience preferred; medical spa or aesthetic experience a strong plus
- Excellent communication and patient-education skills. Professional, compassionate, and collaborative
- Able to work on-site in Prescott, AZ. Relocation to the Prescott area is required
