Pediatric Naturopathic Physician
Pediatric Naturopathic Physician Position at Natural Kid Doc
Position Overview
Natural Kid Doc is growing, and we're growing intentionally. Our membership model is built around giving every family the time and clinical depth they deserve, which means expanding our team is how we expand our reach. This role exists to bring that standard of care to more families in the Phoenix area. You will manage comprehensive, preventative care and chronic condition management for a growing patient panel.
About Us
Natural Kid Doc is the leading naturopathic pediatric clinic in the Phoenix area, serving children from birth through the teenage years. We combine evidence-informed medicine with a holistic, root-cause approach, giving families a level of attentiveness and clinical depth that insurance-based care doesn't allow. Our membership model exists so clinicians have the time and support to deliver that standard consistently, not occasionally.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage a full pediatric patient panel: wellness visits, acute concerns, and chronic condition management, with caseload growing steadily as our membership base expands
- Diagnose and treat common chronic pediatric conditions using a root-cause, functional approach
- Design and adjust personalized treatment plans that families can realistically follow, with measurable improvement tracked over time
- Educate parents on nutrition, lifestyle, and developmental health so they leave every visit with a clear, actionable plan
- Resolve acute/sick visits same day or next day, in person or via telehealth, with no gaps in care
- Keep documentation complete and current in the EMR within 24 hours of each visit
- Partner with the clinical team on complex or ambiguous cases, contributing your own clinical judgment rather than deferring entirely
