Clinic Director - IV Therapy

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Naturopathic Doctor to serve as Clinic Director for our team in the vibrant Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge IV therapies, HRT, and peptide therapy that empower our clients to achieve their health goals.

What you'll do:

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans
• Provide HRT (hormone replacement therapy) consultations, including assessment, protocol recommendations, and ongoing management
• Provide peptide therapy consultations, guiding clients on appropriate protocols to support their wellness goals
• Prepare and administer a variety of IV infusions safely and efficiently, following strict protocols
• Monitor patients during IV infusion and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to strict safety standards
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to clinic staff, supporting a culture of compliance and excellence
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IV therapy, HRT, and peptide therapy, and participate in ongoing training

Who you are:

• Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) with a valid, active Arizona license in good standing
• Experience with HRT and peptide therapy protocols strongly preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with IV therapy administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and lead a team in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and safety
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals
