Naturopathic Doctor - Hybrid In Person / Telehealth

Naturopathic Doctor (ND) - CA Licensed

Pay: $100-$130 / hour

We are looking for a ND that lives and breathes natural / functional / integrative / anti-aging / performance medicine.

We’re hoping to find someone with hands-on experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and a functional medicine approach to patient care—someone who appreciates the value of bloodwork-driven, root-cause treatment alongside peptides and medications for optimal health and longevity.

You’ll be the architect of the patient’s health plan, and you’ll have nurses, medical assistants, and receptionists to help with the implementation of that plan and to support our patients on their individual health journey.

Schedule

Full-time or part-time. Hybrid mix of In-Clinic and Telehealth. (In-clinic to start, telemedicine after you build up a patient base). Most of our providers work 2-4 days a week. If you are unable to travel to Corona Del Mar to work in the clinic, please do not apply.

Skills Needed

Male/female hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine approach to bloodwork-based nutraceutical use, in-depth personalized care, and the ability to build long-term trust with patients.

Preferred, not required: IFM certification, A4M training, NAMS certification, or an equivalent HRT/functional medicine credential.

Oversight & Autonomy

We’re a physician-led MSO, so you’ll always have collaborative oversight from our Medical Director—a DO who is easy to work with and genuinely invested in setting you up for success. We handle the entire structure for you, including standardized procedures and the supervising physician relationship. Our chart review process is easy but fully compliant, designed to support you rather than slow you down. We run on DrChrono, a modern, cloud-based EMR—not paper charts and not a clunky legacy system. You’ll have access to every tool in our clinic—supplements, peptides, HRT, IV’s, and more — to build the right plan for each patient.

• 1-on-1 Patient Care, with real visit time — initial visits are 45-60 minutes and follow-ups are 20-30 minutes, so you can actually practice the kind of medicine you got into this field for.
• A day built for sustainable, high-quality care — we build two charting breaks and a lunch break into the schedule so your day never gets overwhelming.
• Designing health plans that utilize supplements, medications, HRT, peptides, IVs, and more in the way that is best for the patient and their long-term health goals.
• You’ll help a wide variety of patients looking to perform optimally no matter what they’re facing in life.
