My name is Jaclyn Kylie and I'm a Licensed Esthetician, Acne Specialist, and Integrative Health Practitioner, and my vision extends far beyond simply leasing treatment rooms.

I have created a space called My 3rd Place Skin & Wellness and I am currently seeking passionate wellness professionals to join my intentionally curated collective in Central Phoenix.

The concept of a "third place" refers to a space outside of home and work where people gather, connect, learn, and feel a sense of belonging. My goal is to create a wellness destination where clients feel supported and inspired, and where practitioners can build thriving businesses while collaborating alongside like-minded professionals.

I'm currently seeking established professionals including:

This is an intentionally curated environment built to foster community, collaboration, education, referrals, and long-term relationships between practitioners and clients alike.

Additional Application Instructions

Private treatment rooms are available beginning at $1,500–$1,700 per month depending on room selection. Rooms range from 124 sq ft - 156 sq ft. Building has a has lobby and waiting area. My 3rd Place Skin & Wellness is not a traditional office rental. I believe the future of wellness is collaborative, not competitive. My goal is to bring together exceptional providers who can support one another, build meaningful referral relationships, share resources, and offer clients access to a trusted network of wellness professionals under one roof. This opportunity is best suited for practitioners who are excited to be part of something bigger than simply renting a room and who want to help shape the culture, connections, and future of the collective from the very beginning. Founding member rates are currently available. Annual rent adjustments may apply upon renewal.
