We’re looking for a part-time Functional Medicine Provider to join our expanding team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a functional medicine provider who is passionate about helping patients feel their best with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Hormone Therapy Replacement for both men and women, and Wellness Medicine.

Preferred Experience: Primary Care: 5+ years
Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
Weight Loss: 2+ years
Functional Medicine: 2+ years

Role Details Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor
Pay: $75–$90 APP $110 - $125 MD/DO per hour
Hours: 24 - 40 hours per week with the potential for growth
Location: In-person Goodyear
