Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) or Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women while also serving as a concierge primary care provider. The ideal candidate will have experience in hormonal health, functional medicine, or integrative medicine and be committed to providing personalized, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT):

  • Assess and diagnose hormonal imbalances in men and women through comprehensive evaluations, including lab testing and symptom analysis.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using bioidentical or conventional hormone replacement therapy.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize results.
  • Educate patients on hormonal health, lifestyle modifications, and nutrition to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in HRT and integrative medicine.

Primary Care Services:

  • Perform routine wellness exams, annual physicals, and preventive screenings.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic syndromes.
  • Provide comprehensive care that integrates conventional and holistic approaches to enhance patient well-being.
  • Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret lab results to guide treatment decisions.
  • Counsel patients on preventive health strategies, including diet, exercise, stress management, and supplementation.

Patient-Centered Care & Collaboration:

  • Build long-term relationships with patients, offering personalized, compassionate care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists, nutritionists, and wellness practitioners, to ensure comprehensive patient management.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide telemedicine consultations as needed to enhance accessibility for patients.
  • Actively participate in continuing education and professional development to enhance skills and stay at the forefront of HRT and primary care advancements.

Qualifications:

  • MD, DO, or ND with an active and unrestricted medical license in WA.
  • Experience or specialized training in hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, or integrative health is preferred.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (if applicable).
  • Strong interest in preventive and wellness-focused medicine.
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Position would require travel to a Lynnwood, Kirkland office. Potentially a Seattle office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $180,000.00 per year
