We are seeking a Naturopathic Physician who is licensed in Arizona to join our medical practice in Glendale. Elite Integrative Group is a fully functioning Holistic primary care practice with a holistic approach to patients health.

The ideal candidate should poses a strong desire for high quality care, have outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude to work as a team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced provider who is grounded in natural, holistic, medicine approach to patient care . A practitioner who is open-minded and is very well versed in bio-identical hormonal replacement therapies, nutritional IV, therapies, Ozone, PRP, and much more.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Assume all responsibilities as a Naturopathic Physician in diagnosing and treating patients acute and chronic conditions;
-Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries;
-Diagnose, prescribe and administer medications in accordance with state and federal statutes;

Requirements:

-Current and unrestricted NMD Arizona License
-Experience in family medicine
-Experience working in a private primary care practices

-At least 1-2 years of experience as NMD

-Experience with Tebra EHR is preferred

-Experience in preventative/wellness services is preferred

-Experience holistic, natural medicine

Compensation will depend on years of experience, additional skills, level of dedication among other factors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
