Harmony Wellness Clinic is seeking a skilled and passionate Naturopathic Doctor to join our fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply supportive team environment. Located in San Juan Capistrano, we are an independently owned, high-volume clinic dedicated to helping women heal at the root - balancing hormones, restoring gut health, regulating the nervous system, and supporting whole-body vitality through all stages of life. Our approach blends evidence-based naturopathic medicine with functional, holistic, and intuitive care.

This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Naturopathic Doctor who is excited to work collaboratively, thinks critically, and values both science and intuition. The ideal candidate is confident clinically, warm interpersonally, and passionate about women’s health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive naturopathic care including intake, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Support patients with hormone health, gut dysfunction, metabolic health, stress/nervous system regulation, and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret functional and conventional labs
• Create individualized treatment plans including nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements
• Educate and empower patients with clear, supportive guidance
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers and support staff
• Stay current with research and best practices in naturopathic and functional medicine

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution
• Active (or eligible) state licensure
• Strong clinical foundation in functional and holistic medicine
• Experience or strong interest in women’s health (hormones, gut, stress, metabolism)
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team
• Must be able to self-promote and bring in new clientele
• Bonus: experience with peptides and GLP-1 support
