Urban Wellness Group, a long-established integrative medical clinic in Southeast Portland, is seeking a highly motivated Naturopathic Physician (ND), MD, or DO) to join our growing practice.

Founded in 2007, Urban Wellness Group has provided specialized integrative healthcare to the Portland community for nearly two decades. Our clinic is located in the heart of SE Portland at SE 49th and Division, near the base of Mt. Tabor and at the intersection of the Richmond, South Tabor, and Mt. Tabor neighborhoods. With excellent visibility on Division Street and a strong reputation in the community, our clinic has become a trusted neighborhood healthcare destination.

Our Clinical Focus

Urban Wellness Group specializes in integrative and functional approaches to medicine, including:

• Hormone optimization and bioidentical hormone therapy
• Functional and metabolic medicine
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Ozone therapy
• Advanced IV nutrient therapy
• Regenerative and longevity-oriented treatments
• Aesthetic services

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a physician who complements the integrative work we do and shares our passion for helping patients achieve optimal health. While experience with all of the modalities listed above is not required, an interest in learning and practicing integrative medicine is essential.

This position offers significant clinical autonomy in a collaborative environment and is intended to be a long-term professional partnership.

Ideal Candidate

This role is well suited for:

• An established physician with 5+ years of clinical experience, ideally within the Portland metro area, or
• A motivated recent graduate with strong enthusiasm for integrative medicine and patient-centered care.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the following areas is helpful but not required:

• IV line placement and phlebotomy
• Minor surgical procedures (e.g., hormone pellet implantation)
• Certification or training in advanced IV therapy
• Ozone therapy training or certification
• Experience in functional or integrative medicine

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and tied to patient volume and productivity, allowing significant earning potential within a well-established clinic setting.
