Alpine Integrated Medicine is seeking a Naturopathic Doctor to join our team in Redmond, Washington, with a clinical focus on Men’s Health, Sexual Health, Hormone Therapy, and Regenerative/Injection-Based Therapies. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who wants to develop a strong niche within a collaborative, patient-centered integrative practice.

We are especially interested in candidates who are energized by the opportunity to build skill and confidence in these areas while becoming part of an established and growing clinic. AIM’s current focus areas include Primary Care, Men’s & Sexual Health, IV, Ozone, and Injection Therapies, Hormones, GI and Digestion, and Personalized Care in a Concierge Model.

This position is a strong fit for an early-career ND or new graduate with solid clinical skills. While this is not a formal residency position, we are open to a newer graduate who would benefit from a more supported, mentored transition into practice. Mentorship is available for the right candidate.

The role is expected to begin October 1, 2026. We are currently collecting resumes and cover letters and plan to conduct interviews in April and May.

The successful candidate will be someone who is clinically capable, highly motivated, communicative, and eager to grow. This role includes meaningful patient contact and the expectation that the physician will contribute both as a primary doctor and as a collaborative member of the broader medical team. AIM values initiative, leadership, dedication to mission, and a willingness to actively develop one’s own practice within the clinic. The position emphasizes a 5-day work week, significant patient engagement, collaboration, communication, initiative, and core work in Primary Care, Men’s Health, Sexual Health, and Hormone Therapy.

• Licensed or license-eligible Naturopathic Doctor
• Strong interest in Men’s Health, Sexual Health, hormone optimization, and regenerative/injection-based therapies
• A growth-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for mentorship and skill development
• Strong communication, professionalism, and initiative
• New graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay based on experience (Starting at $70K base plus Benefits for newer grads)
• $3,600 annual health care stipend
• 2 weeks paid vacation + 10 paid holidays per year
