Functional Medicine Nutrition Clinical Coordinator

Contract Opportunity

SEEHealth is a wellness based program focused on the connection between ocular health, functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine through a root cause, systems based approach.

Seeking an organized, proactive professional with training in functional medicine and/or clinical nutrition to help support patient workups, follow-up care, program operations, and service growth.

This is an independent contractor role starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with strong potential for increased hours, leadership responsibilities, and future ownership opportunities for the right long-term fit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake, clinical workups, and follow-up care

• Organize nutrition, lifestyle, and functional medicine assessments

• Track patient progress, compliance, and supplement protocols

• Help streamline workflows, systems, and patient onboarding

• Support scheduling, communication, and digital organization

• Assist in promoting SEEHealth services and growing the program

Ideal Candidate

• Background in functional medicine, clinical nutrition, wellness, or integrative healthcare

• Highly organized, detail oriented, and tech savvy

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growth and long-term opportunity

• Experience in women’s health, hormones, dry eye, or lifestyle medicine is a plus
