Full‑Time Naturopathic Doctor – Personal Injury Practice

Position Overview

Stridewell is a Phoenix‑based personal injury clinic that provides comprehensive care to individuals injured in motor‑vehicle accidents. We are seeking a licensed naturopathic physician (ND/NMD) with experience evaluating and treating motor‑vehicle accident injuries. The successful candidate will conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform IV therapy, injection therapy including trigger‑point and joint injections on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive evaluations – Perform thorough medical histories and physical examinations for patients injured in car accidents (whiplash, soft‑tissue injuries, concussions and related musculoskeletal disorders). Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., imaging, cognitive testing) and document findings.
  • Integrative treatment plans – Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that combine naturopathic modalities with conventional diagnostics. Educate patients on natural therapies, including diet, supplements, botanical medicine and lifestyle modifications.
  • Injection therapies – Perform trigger‑point injections, joint injections (intra‑articular), regenerative injection therapies (such as prolotherapy and platelet‑rich plasma), and perineural injections.
  • Intravenous and injectable infusions – Administer vitamin and mineral IVs, homeopathic or herbal infusions and other nutrient injections according to patient needs and within Arizona’s naturopathic scope of practice.
  • Interdisciplinary coordination – Collaborate with chiropractors, physical therapists, medical doctors and legal teams to provide integrated care and support the personal‑injury documentation process.
  • Regulatory compliance – Maintain Arizona licensure (ND or NMD) and fulfill continuing‑education requirements; hold or obtain a DEA number if prescribing controlled substances. Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Arizona Naturopathic Physicians Medical Board and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Naturopathic Physician license (ND or NMD) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Training and experience in injection therapies, including trigger‑point and joint injections, regenerative injection therapy and IV therapy.
  • Experience evaluating and treating motor‑vehicle accident injuries, including whiplash, soft‑tissue injuries and concussion‑related issues. Familiarity with natural pain‑management techniques and cognitive‑rehabilitation considerations.
  • Strong diagnostic and documentation skills – ability to perform detailed physical exams, order appropriate diagnostics and prepare medical reports.
  • Excellent communication and patient‑education skills, with a compassionate, patient‑centred approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in personal injury or medicolegal settings.
  • Certifications in regenerative medicine, prolotherapy, perineural injection therapy or related specialties.
  • Training in concussion evaluation, cognitive rehabilitation or neurocognitive assessment.
